Our promise
Your 14-day legal right to cancel
If you are a consumer in Ireland, you can generally cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Email us at theteam@manholecover.irish with your order number within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Some statutory exceptions may apply.
The item must be returned in a resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them). You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly. We will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your consumer rights and cover return costs for faulty items.
How to return
Email us with your order number and we will send you simple return instructions. Once your item is back with us and checked, we process your refund.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving and checking the return, and always within the timeframes set out above.
