Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and any manufacturer-stated load ratings. Product photos are for illustration; slight natural variation in colour and finish can occur. Where a load rating or standard is shown it is the manufacturer's stated figure for that item and depends on correct installation in a suitable frame; nothing on this site is engineering advice.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR, €). Online ordering is currently unavailable. When ordering opens, the full amount, applicable tax treatment and delivery charge will be shown before payment. We make every effort to ensure published prices are correct.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Online ordering and payment are currently unavailable on this site. A product enquiry does not create an order or payment obligation. When online ordering opens, payment terms will be shown before you place an order.

Limitation of Liability
